Order and Receipts Import
Order and Receipts Import is used to import transactions originating from marketplaces which supply details in a file you can import into Horizon.
Horizon supports order import from:

Orders and Receipts Import Service
Orders from:
- Vision – LEO files originating from OrderPoint or OSCARnet;
- Progress – files originating from Prolink Web;
- opXML – opXML orders;
- Amazon – orders collected from Amazon;
- eBay – orders collected from eBay;
- CSV – define your own CSV file format (FTP method only).

How the Order and Receipts Import Works
Orders and receipts are imported through the Horizon API or the Orders and Receipts Import Service.
Horizon API
EvolutionX now imports orders into Horizon. This method consonantly connects the two systems, sending order information and updating order status, keeping you and your customers informed.
Orders and Receipts Import Service
Orders and Receipts Import Service is a Windows service application. The service is a program that runs in the background, importing order files and receipt files after you place them into a folder. If you are a Horizon Cloud customer, let us know if you want to use the Order and Receipts Import, and we'll add your company to the list in the service.
The service starts an import every 15 minutes of the orders or receipts that you have:
If you have a sales order template set, where you have defined how some boxes should be completed for each order, then imported orders will use the settings in that template.
Orders are imported using the Currency set for the customer.
