Due to different VAT numbers and account structures, you must set up a new supplier for Exertis Ireland (do not use your existing Exertis UK supplier).

Horizon 4.83 will be deployed to Horizon Cloud customers in two groups (19 May and 27 May) after 8pm. Read the Horizon 4.83 and HorizonWeb 4.83 release notes for more details.
Delivery Updates
Give your customers clearer delivery updates, right from their EvolutionX order screen. We've enhanced the Delivery Information Report to include line-by-line delivery status, including courier tracking details, making it easier for customers to see what's arriving and when.
The information in the report is taken live from Horizon. As soon as you update delivery tracking information, either from JumpTrack, or from Wholesaler Comms or a Delivery Tracking file, your customers can see it.
You can brand the report with your logo and colours to keep the experience consistent and professional. Customers simply return to their EvolutionX order to view updates all in one place.

Easier Bank Statement Imports – Now with Long-Form Date Support
No more manual date fixes. We've added two new long-form month date formats to the Banking Import Configuration, making it easier to import receipts from HSBC and other banks that use formats like:
dd mmm yy – e.g. 14 Mar 25
dd mmm yyyy – e.g. 14 Mar 2025
If your bank uses abbreviated month names, these new options save time and reduce errors during import.

The Import Receipts feature in Horizon lets you quickly bring in customer payments straight from your bank statement. No manual entry is required. It’s a simple, powerful way to keep your sales ledger up to date with less admin and fewer errors. Just configure it once and let Horizon do the hard work.

Update your Import Definition for Data Services Portal data to the ECI Standard Import Definitions.
By switching to one of our ECI Standard import definitions you’re getting your data ready for a feature that's coming soon: product look-ups using FusionPlus data.
If you haven’t updated yet, here’s how to stay current and get ready for what’s next:
✅ Log into the Data Services portal.
✅ Go to the Schedule menu and find your catalogues set to automatically update
✅ For each, in the Horizon Import Definition column, select one of the three ECI Standard import definitions:
- ECI Standard UK Catalogue Import
- ECI Standard IRE Catalogue Import
- ECI Standard UK Catalogue Import Short Description.
✅ Click Save schedule.
That’s it! Your catalogue will now update automatically with the latest catalogue format, keeping your data accurate and up to date. You can review the update logs any time in Horizon. You can also use the ECI Standard definitions when importing catalogues using Import Product File. See the release notes and Horizon Guide articles for full information.
FusionPlus Data News
edding has updated its catalogue to include approximately 150 new product SKUs across a wide range of categories. This update also features a substantial number of new safety datasheets for added clarity and compliance.
VOW catalogues for May have now been refreshed and are ready for you to browse the latest updates.
Eastpoint Global has released the April 2025 Education Catalogue, featuring 32 new product lines designed to expand and enhance your range.
