Order Import Log

When an order fails to import, an email is sent to the recipient configured in Order Import Configuration tab > Settings tab > Order failure email. The failed import is also logged in the Order Import Log.

  • Created date – date of order import
  • Details
  • Type
    • I – information
    • E – error

Right-click and click Refresh to refresh the log, if you have kept the Order Import Configuration window open.
