Using Sales Receipt Import

After configuring Receipt Import, sales receipts can be imported by:

• Copying files to the receipt path
• Using FTP

Copying Files

1. Collect the receipt files from the marketplace.
2. Copy the receipt files to the Receipt path. Only Amazon receipts should be copied to the configured Amazon path, and eBay receipts copied to the configured eBay path.
3. The import will happen within the next fifteen minutes. The receipt files will be imported, and moved to the processed folder. The file's extension is changed to .processed. Any errors will be added to the Receipt import log.

Using FTP

1. Collect the receipt files from the marketplace.
2. Use an FTP client, (e.g. FileZilla, or the File Explorer in Windows) to upload the files to the configured folder. Only Amazon receipts should be copied to the configured Amazon path, and eBay receipts copied to the configured eBay path.
3. The receipt files will be imported, and moved to the processed folder. The file's extension is changed to .processed. Any errors will be added to the Receipt import log.
