- Lead Time S,C,D
- Supplier lead time – number of days before you will receive a product delivered to your warehouse (standard, or pick, wrap and label) or your customer will receive a product delivered directly to them (pick, wrap and deliver). Overridden by Consumer lead time when due dates are calculated. Set in Supplier Settings.
- Consumer lead time – number of days before your customer will receive a product delivered directly to them (pick, wrap and deliver). Shown for the lead catalogue item. Set in Catalogue Entry (usually through catalogue import).
- Dealer lead time – number of days before you will receive a product delivered to your warehouse (standard, or pick, wrap and label). Shown for the lead catalogue item. Set in Catalogue Entry (usually through catalogue import).
Note: This is used to calculate the first available delivery date if the option is selected. Delivery date = today + lead time. Delivery date must be a company working day – if not, the next working day is used. Lead time is Consumer lead time, or if that is 0, then the Supplier lead time is used. If they are both 0, then the next working day is selected.

- Custom Data ID – link to enhanced data information, as supplied by FusionPlus, downloaded from Data Services Portal and imported as Enhanced Data. This affects what is displayed on your HorizonWeb site. Followed by the Fusion UOM ID for the lead product.
Note: This ID is usually updated when importing Enhanced Data, and that's the recommended way to maintain it. If you change it here, that's audited. A change will be overwritten by an import, so if you have found an error in the data, contact FusionPlus to have it corrected. If you want to clear this value (to unlink a product from image and product attribute data) you are then asked if you want to also update the Open Range ID. A link to Open Range data may still link to attributes from which you are trying to unlink.
- Product ID – the product's unique reference in your database, useful to know when writing reports.
- BSP ID – (was previously labelled ECI Product ID, and is only displayed if an ID has been assigned)
- Description override – overrides the item description, imported from the lead catalogue, with what you type into this box.
- Branch – select which branch you want to view. The Stock Info and FIFO information will change to information specific to that branch.
