Stock information is displayed in a group.

Reference

  • Current – current quantity in stock.
  • SOR – quantity on sales orders where stock has not been allocated.
  • Allocated – quantity allocated to sales orders.
  • Parts required – quantity of stock required to fulfil parts, for composite products.
  • Purchase return – quantity on purchase returns
  • Free – quantity of stock free after taking into account, SOR, Allocated, Parts required, Purchase returns, Call-off orders, and Works orders.
  • POR – quantity on purchase order
  • Build available – quantity of products available to be built
  • Highest cost – updated when a terms file updates it, or a product's item's cost is updated. You can also set a product highest cost which can override the highest item cost.
    • If displayed as 0.00, the highest cost is the highest cost of items in catalogues that are in use, and not expired.
    • Type into the box (then click Confirm) to set a product Highest cost.
    • The product Highest cost is used until one of the product's items is updated with a higher cost with a terms file import or, an update of the cost on the item. If the updated item cost is lower than the product highest cost, it does not change.
  • Bin – bin location for stock in warehouse.
  • Last cost – by default the last cost of your default supplier.
  • Min – min quantity to be stored in stock.
  • Max – max quantity to be stored in stock.
  • Reordered – quantity to be re-ordered when quantity lower than Min.
  • Call-off – quantity to be kept in stock for call-off orders.
  • Work – quantity required for works orders, updated from auto-build products.
  • Prevent split in this branch – prevents stock being split for that product at branch.
  • Stop entry last cost charges – stops entry from changing last cost.
  • Supplier – default supplier for the selected branch. If not selected, the product supplier is used.
  • Stocktake frequency – how often this item requires a stocktake.
  • Stocktake date – when a stocktake frequency is selected, the next date a stocktake can include the product. When a stocktake is completed, the stocktake frequency is used to advance this date.
  • Last purchased – last purchased date.
  • Last pick – last day was picked for delivery.
  • Days idle – days since picked.
  • Created – date stock was created.
  • Modified – date stock was modified.
  • Warn duplicates
  • Show due date – date that purchase order is due.
  • Due date – date the product is next due, on purchase orders.

    Note: Show due date must be selected, and the product must be on a purchase order, before this date is displayed.

 

  • Description override – overrides the item description, imported from the lead catalogue, with what you type into this box.
  • Branch – select which branch you want to view. The Stock Info and FIFO information will change to information specific to that branch.
