Creating a New Manufacturer
Manufacturers are imported, and created, as part of catalogue import. When adding items to an own item catalogue, you may need to manually create a new manufacturer.
- In the Stock menu, click Products (or press F8). The Stock Card opens on the Browse tab .
- In the Product box, type the product code, then click Search (or press Enter).
- Select an Item, then click OK. The Detail tab opens.
- To the right of the Manufacturers list, click the ellipsis […] button. A list of manufacturers opens.
- Click the green + below the list. A new row is added to the top of the list.
- In the Details column, type the new manufacturer name.
- Click the green tick to confirm.
- Click Close.
