General
General Settings are:
- Own Catalogue – select your own products catalogue. Without this selection, you cannot add new products from the Stock Card.
- Documents – default location where documents are saved. For Horizon on-premises customers, this is usually a shared location on one of your servers.
- Default deal method – the default deal method used when creating a new contract.
- Default deal scope – the default deal scope used when creating a new contract.
- Flag contracts higher than priority – if the contract has a higher (or equal) priority to the value set, then the product is shown as a Contract product on HorizonWeb and when creating new orders.
- Default priority – Contract default priority, used when creating a new contract or when importing a new contract.
- Last working day – used to calculate GIN delay when deliveries are booked in on the receipt of an acknowledgement.
- PSN Source ID – when sending electronic documents to suppliers via Private Supply Network, the PSN source ID is required. ECI will give this to you.
- All trader – contracts applied to this trader apply to all traders. See Creating an All-user deal.
- Sales direct trader – trader is used as default when creating a sales direct payment or refund,
- Purchase direct trader – trader to used as default when creating a purchase direct payment or refund.
- Call check interval in seconds – Call Manager and CRM. Checks at this interval for new calls or actions for a user.
- Document format – sets the string length of the document number after the four letter prefix. Maximum (and if left clear) is 8. Consult Support before changing this setting. It is not usually necessary.
- Reference length – maximum length of Your ref allowed on transactions.
- Max code length – maximum product code length allowed. 0 means option doesn't apply.
- Quote valid for – Number of days a sales quotation is valid for. A calculated expiry date is set automatically when the quote is created.
- Contract valid for – Number of days a sales contract is valid for. A calculated expiry date is set automatically when the contract is created.
