Contracts let you generate and maintain prices, discounts, deals for combinations of items and customers.
- Customer Contracts – applied specifically to one customer at a time.
- Group Deals – created for a group of customers, which are assigned to the deal.
- An All User Deal which applies to all customers.
Contracts are also used to create order-pads on your HorizonWeb shop.
The Sales Contracts Daybook displays:
- CONT – Sales Contract
- CWIZ – Contract Wizard
In the daybook footer, you can limit the documents displayed to one type, by selecting a document type then selecting Limit.
Contracts can be:
- entered as a document, line by line;
- by importing a contract; or
- by converting a sales quotation to a sales contract.
