Trader
The following criteria can be used to build a trader selection. As many or as few criteria can be selected according to your marketing goal.
Users – Account Manager set for the trader.
Areas – Area set for the trader.
Postcode – Postcode set for the trader. Type the beginning of a postcode to select all traders in a postcode area or postcode district.
REP – Type the rep code set for the trader (not the name of the rep).
Trader status – Select one or more credit control status:
- Normal
- Queried
- On Stop.
Process types – Process type set for the trader.
Distribution types – Distribution type (the channel used to send documents from Horizon) set for the trader.
Classifications – Classification set for the trader.
Rep – select the rep set for the trader.
Trader type – Select one or more trader types:
- S – Customer;
- D – Delivery branch;
- L – Sales lead;
- P – Supplier.
Business types – Business type set for the trader.
Branch – Your company branch set for the trader. Use this setting if your company have branches set in Company Set-up.
Cost centres – Company cost centre set for the trader. Company cost centres can be created in Company Set-up.
Catalogues – A Distributed catalogue. Your customers must have the catalogue distributed to them to be part of the selection.
Trader Group – Select one or more trader groups. Trader groups are created in User-Defined Groups.
