Your main company can have branches. These could be different warehouses where you have stock. A company branch is a special type of trader, similar to a delivery branch for a customer trader.
Listed are:
- Code – trader code for your company branch.
- Name – name of the branch.
- Town – location of the branch.
- Add delivery – adds a new branch.
- Contacts – click a branch, then click Contacts to create, edit or delete contacts for that branch.
- Detailed – click a branch, then click Detailed to edit the branch.
Company Branch Types
Company Branches should only be set to:
- B – Branch/warehouse – the normal setting for a company branch.
- X – Dead/deleted account – if you have set up the branch, but no longer need to use it.
Note: You cannot set a branch to X if you already have made nominal postings against it.
