Email - HTML – invoice is created as an HTML file, and included as part of an email.
opXML – invoice is created in opXML format and can then be sent to your customer using Wholesaler Comms.
OB10 – invoice is created in the OB10 e-invoicing format, and can be attached to an email.
cXML – invoice is created in cXML format
Statements – select the customer where statements should be sent.
Invoicing –
Method – click the method that invoices should be collated
By delivery note – one invoice created for each delivery note
Merge – by order – one invoice created for each order
Merge – by department – one invoice created for each customer's department
Merge – by delivery address – one invoice created for all lines sent to that delivery address
Merge – by customer reference – one invoice created for all order lines for that customer, that share the same customer reference
Merge – by invoice address – one invoice created for all orders for the customer, that share the same invoice address
Merge – by account – one invoice created for all orders for the customer
Merge – by analysis – one invoice created for all orders for the customer, that share the same analysis code
Type – click the frequency invoices should be sent
Standard – Invoice – used for normal daily or weekly invoice runs
Monthly – Invoice at end of month –
Special – Invoice separately – use when a specific date in a month has been agreed with your customer
Continuous – Invoice appended – provided that the tax point is the same as an existing invoice for that customer, and that existing invoice has not been posted, then the new invoice lines will be added to the existing invoice.
Set up email contacts – configure which contacts should receive statements, and invoices and credits.
