Appearance

The contents of the Product Details page will change according to whether enhanced data has been Imported into the database, for the product.

Filters
- Brand – Show All, or a list of brands returned by the search.
- Manufacturer – Show All, or a list of manufacturers returned by the search
- Order by –
  - Relevancy –
  - Code ascending – alphabetical order, numeric first.
  - Code descending – reverse alphabetical order, numeric last.
  - Price ascending – lowest price first.
  - Price descending – highest price first.
    Note: Search must return fewer items than that set with the option Price sorting result size limit before Price filters can return results.
- Refine – Show All, or filter by product group.
- Filter – Show All, or filter by groups set on Stock Card.
- Contract Only – Displays products that are part of contract which is in use and has not expired.
- In Stock – Displays products that are in stock in your warehouse, or at your supplier. Only displayed if Show stock on browse is selected in Stock Options.
Page controls – First page, numbered pages, Next page and Last page.
Compare selected – used in conjunction with the Compare controls for each item.
Product summary – this section is repeated for each item displayed.
- Code – Item's code. An alphanumeric code, 30 characters max.
- Image – image from the item in Horizon, or displayed using the URL to the supplier's content delivery network, as configured with an enhanced data import.
- Price – sell price calculated according to contracts for the trader assigned to the user.
  Note: For master products the lowest child product sell price is shown.
- Pack of – item's pack size
- Inc VAT – price inclusive of VAT, calculated using the item's VAT rate.
- Description – 150 character item description, or item's web description if set.
- Stock – display depends on Stock Options settings.
  - Item is not in stock – displayed when Show quantity is cleared and Stock Card > Detail > Stock Info > Current = 0, and single trader stock enquiry or direct stock feed traders do not return additional stock quantities.
  - Item is in stock – displayed when Show quantity is cleared and Current + single trader stock enquiry or direct stock feed > 0.
  - In Stock (number) – displayed when Show quantity is selected and Current + single trader stock enquiry or direct stock feed > 0.
- Add – the quantity to add to cart.
- Add to cart – adds item to cart.
  Note: Master products cannot be added to the cart. Your customer is taken to the Product Detail page instead, so the product attributes for the child product can be selected.
  Note: If the product is part of a work wear kit for the contact, then the quantity that can be added to the cart cannot exceed the quantity allowed within the date range.
- Compare – select multiple items then Compare Selected.
  Note: Available if Browse option Allow customers to compare items is selected.
Page controls – First page, numbered pages, Next page and Last page.
Products per page – select a different number of items to display. Larger numbers take longer to display.
