- Include own stock – Stock equals own stock (as seen on the stock card) plus either the quantity from the stock enquiry trader, or your Direct Stock Feed.
- Show quantity – On the Product Details page, displays In Stock label. When cleared, Item is in stock is displayed if you have Current stock in Horizon.
- Stock enquiry trader code – Type the trader code for the supplier you want to use for online stock enquires. The Direct Stock Feed Trader options supersede this setting.
- Look-up item code to match stock trader (if available) – If the product the customer is viewing is not for your default supplier, and there is a linked code for your default supplier, the stock enquiry will be for your the default supplier's product.
- Direct Stock Feed traders – this feature supersedes the Stock enquiry trader code. When one or more suppliers are selected, the stock quantity displayed will use the Direct Stock Feed quantity. Direct Stock Feeds can be configured for:
- Spicers
- VOW
- Exertis
- other suppliers you have set up in Horizon.
Note: Direct Stock Feed Traders is only displayed when you have configured Direct Stock Feeds and stock quantities have been imported. Only the traders with stock feed data will be displayed.
- Show stock on browse – On the Products page, for each item, a stock information label is displayed. When cleared, no stock information is displayed.
- Show lead time – On the C:Product Details control, a label Lead time x days is displayed.
Click Save Settings when you have changed options.
Note: After changing these settings, you will need to click Restart Web before your site will change.
