Appearance
An order-pad is an easily accessible list of products from which a customer can order.
The OrderPads page can show a combination of order-pads and contracts set to be visible on HorizonWeb. Only order-pads can be configured by Web Admins.
Web Admins can edit the availability of order-pads within their company.
- Reference – your customer's reference. Used as the name of the order-pad in the C:OrderPads control
- User – the order-pad contact
- Hold – the status of the contract or order-pad. Active or Hold.
- Web Visible – whether the order-pad is included on the C:OrderPads control's list. Visible or Hidden.
Adding a New Order-Pad
Click Add New to create a new order-pad. A new OPAD is added to the Web daybook in Horizon for the customer with no products and a Source of HorizonWeb.
Adding Products to an Order-Pad
Browse to the product details, alter the quantity, and from the Add to Cart action list, select the order-pad you want to update.
Note: This list is only visible when logged in as a Web Admin user.
Editing an Order-Pad
Click Edit. Reference, User, Hold and Web Visible can be changed. Click Save.
Deleting an Order-Pad
Click Delete.Confirm that you want to delete the order-pad. It is deleted from HorizonWeb
