Web Daybook

There are several different entry types that are created by users of HorizonWeb. The transactions are listed in the Web daybook.

  • AUTH – Orders Awaiting Authorization.
These are orders that have been sent for authorization on HorizonWeb. They will be picked up and dealt with online by the assigned authorizer.
  • CART – Shopping Cart.
A ‘CART’ is an active cart which stores the user's shopping list before it is either processed as an order, sent for authorization or saved.
  • FAVO – Internet User Favourite.
Favourites are chosen by clicking the Add To Favourites button underneath a product item. You can then add it to an existing favourites list or create a new favourites list. A list is stored in Horizon as a FAVO.
  • OPAD – Order-Pad.
Order-pads in Horizon can be viewed on HorizonWeb from the Order-pad tab. To make them web visible, select Web on the Our Analysis page of a contract. If a contact is set on a contract, then only that contact will be able to view the order-pad on HorizonWeb. Clear the contact to make it visible to all the customer's users.
  • SAVE – Saved Order.
A saved order is created by a user on HorizonWeb. One cart can be saved and a new cart created. To view a saved order, look down the right-hand side of the website.
  • WKIT – Work Wear Kit

A work wear kit lets your customer's contact order specific products on HorizonWeb against an quantity allocated for a period of time.
