Appearance
An order-pad is an easily accessible list of products from which a customer can order.
Displayed are:
- CONT – Contracts
- OPAD – Order-pads
- WKIT – Work wear kits
Each transaction must be Web visible.
The transaction is named with the Reference. If no Reference is entered, then the document number is used.
The transaction is not displayed is it is on Hold or Disputed.
Clicking the transaction opens the page OrderPadProducts, which contains the C:contractproducts control.
If only one transaction can be accessed by the contact, then the OrderPadProducts page is opened immediately.
If you make any changes to a transaction, then the user will have to log in again to see the changes.
