A product image is displayed on the Stock Card. This image can be used on:
- Your HorizonWeb site;
- Reports such as order confirmations;
- Emails that include the @images@ and @tlines@ fields
- Products with logos for HorizonWeb.
Images should be in JPEG format. Catalogues of images can be imported in Import Files. This tab is used to manage individual product's images. It is preferable to use image URLs that are included in Enhanced Data, available to download from Data Services Portal.

Loading Product Images Manually
The image is displayed in the main panel of the window:
- Image – product image
Note: Images must be JPEG files with a .jpg file extension.
- Load image
- Load text
- Own image and text (no overwrite) – if selected prevents from being overwritten when loading in supplier images.
Right-clicking the image opens a context menu with clipboard options (Cut, Copy, Paste), and Delete.
Text
Product text is configured in the right hand box. There are three tabs that run vertically on the right edge of the window:
- Notes – Product description. Displayed on HorizonWeb on the Products page and Product Details.
Note: You can use HTML formatting elements (external link) such as <strong> and <em> and these will be rendered by your customer's browser. You can also use the hyperlink element (external link). You cannot use HTML block and inline elements (such as <p> and <div>) because these will attempt to alter the layout of the webpage on HorizonWeb.
- Delivery Info – Delivery information. Adds Delivery Information box, containing text, to Product Details page on HorizonWeb. Can be added to reports.
- Expedite – Logistics information. Can be added to reports.
