Loading Product Text Manually

Product text is imported with a catalogue. You may want to load it manually if, for instance, adding a product to an own product catalogue. You can also add delivery information and expedite notes.

1. In the Stock menu, click Products (or press F8). The Stock Card opens on the Browse tab .
2. In the Product box, type the product code, then click Search (or press Enter).
3. Select an Item, then click OK. The Detail tab opens.
4. Click Image and Text.

Notes

You will need to create a text file in, for example Notepad, and save the file with a .txt extension.

1. Click the Notes tab (if not already active) then click Load Text. A file browse window opens.
2. Browse to the .txt file, select it and click Open.
3. Click Confirm.

Delivery Information

1. Click the Delivery Info tab.
2. Type the delivery information into the box.
3. Click Confirm.

Expedite Notes

1. Click the Expedite tab.
2. Type the notes into the box.
3. Click Confirm.
