Setting up Loyalty Points Based on Products Purchased
Customers can be allocated loyalty points according to the amount they spend and/or for buying specified products.
Previous to this step you must have set up a loyalty points catalogue and set up the trader to use loyalty points.
- In the Stock menu, click Products. The Stock Card and Find Product windows open.
- Find the product select it, and click OK.
- In the Loyalty Points box, type the number of points that will be awarded for buying this product.
Note: A value of 0 is a valid value and will supersede loyalty points set on a lower category in the hierarchy.
- In the Options and Settings group, select No spend loyalty.
Note: If No spend loyalty is not selected, your customer will get the loyalty points awarded for products purchased and points for what they spend.
- Click Confirm.
When the product's order is invoiced and posted, that number of loyalty points will be added to the customer’s total.
