  • Datacash password – depreciated
  • Protx vendor name – depreciated. Sage Pay credentials are entered in HorizonWeb.
  • Web trader – your web trader.
  • Web address – the external address of your HorizonWeb site.
  • Internal web address – internal IP address of your HorizonWeb site.
  • Loyalty point conversion ratetype in the number of loyalty points that equal 1 major unit in your base currency. The reverse calculation is also displayed.

Note: The loyalty points conversion rate determines how many points equate to one major unit of your base currency. For example, setting a 10:1 rate means customers earn 10 points per ¤1 spent. Adjusting this rate allows for more precise rewards, especially when accounting for minor currency units.

Browse Sort Order

The Browse Sort Order changes the order that items are presented to your HorizonWeb customers.

  • Catalogue Priority – the higher the catalogue priority, the higher the product appears.
  • Item Code – alphabetical sorting of products. Numbers appear before alphas.
  • Deal Items – products that are in a deal appear before those that are not.

Note: This setting is not recommended on large databases, because it will significantly slow down the search return. Encourage your customers to use their order-pads instead.

  • Stocked Products – Products that are in stock appear higher than unstocked products.
  • Brand Priority – The higher the brand priority, the higher the product is returned. Brand priority is changed from Horizon > Stock Card > Brand > ellipsis button > Click in Priority column and type a value > Click the green tick icon. The higher the value, the higher the priority. It is recommended that you use a wide range of values, so there are gaps in the sequence. This makes changing the order of brand priorities much simpler.

Setting a Browse Sort Order

  1. On the Set-up menu, click Web.
  2. Click the Rules tab.
  3. Under Browse Sort Order, in the browse sort method list, click your most important method, then click Add. It is added to the box.
  4. Repeat step 3 for a second method, if required. We recommend you don't use more than two methods.
  5. Click Confirm.

Note: This setting is overridden by the Default sort order by setting in HorizonWeb.
