The Contacts tab displays information about the trader's contacts. To create or change contacts, click the Contacts button in the toolbar.
The columns in this contacts list can be customized. In the header row, to the left of all the headings, there is a small button with a list icon. Click this to open a list of columns that can be selected or cleared. To rearrange the columns, drag and drop the headings.
- Display Name – used to greet a contact after he/she logs into HorizonWeb, in the C:Login Box control. Also used on forms, such as letters for customers.
- Telephone – Telephone number
- Ext – Extension
- Mobile – Mobile telephone number
- Fax – Fax number
- Email – email address of customer. Must be set for HorizonWeb users
- Job Title – the contact's business title, e.g. Sales Director.
- Branch – the work location for the contact.
- Type – contact type. Contact types can be defined from the ellipsis on Contacts Details.
- ID – a number that uniquely identifies the contact. The is used as the Seller reference in EvolutionX.
Loyalty Points
In the table footer, totals are displayed.
- Loyalty Balance – number of loyalty points accrued by the contact;
- Loyalty Redeemed – number of loyalty points used by the contact;
- Last Redeemed – latest date points were used;
- Equivalent Monetary Value – loyalty points can be redeemed against items from the Loyalty Points catalogue, which have a price. The Loyalty point conversion rate between the points awarded or redeemed and the price of the products bought or redeemed against, is set in Set-up > Web > Rules.
- Available – number of loyalty points available to the contact. The points will also be available to the nominated Loyalty Points spender, if selected.
