The Sales Order and Returns Daybook displays transactions for your customers:

SORD – Sales Order
SRTN – Sales Return.

Daybooks are designed to display only 'work in progress'. All completed transactions should be Posted or Archived as part of regular housekeeping. You can filter the transactions displayed with the tab row:
