The nominal a transaction line will contribute to depends on a number of settings. There is a hierarchy of settings – the higher on the following list, the higher the priority. If the setting is left blank, empty or null, then the next setting will determine the nominal.
- Supplier – Trader > Settings > Supplier Settings > General > select a Nominal Override.
- Catalogue – Modify catalogue > select a Nominal sector.
- Product – Stock Card > Detail tab > Analysis > Override defaults if specified.
- Range – Product ranges and groups > nominal overrides.
- Sector – Product ranges and groups > nominal overrides.
