Appearance

To use Fast Order, your customers need to know the product codes for what they want to order. They will:

1. Type in the product Code and the Quantity required.
2. Repeat for each product.
3. Click Add All to Cart.

If a product cannot be added to the cart, a message is displayed.

• Master products cannot be added.
• Products on a work wear kit where the quantity ordered exceeds the quantity allocated to the user within the time period.
• Punch-out products that require design cannot be added.

Options

• Customer Settings > Web Rules – Allow fast order – Allows the use of Fast order on HorizonWeb by the customer's contacts.
• System Options – Allow fast order of hide on web items – When selected, customers can use fast order for items in catalogues with Hide on Web selected, when they know the item code. Trader > Settings > Customer Settings > Web Rules > Allow Fast Order must also be selected.
• System Options – Fast Order Ignores product restrictions – When selected, customers can use fast order to order any product from any in use, in date catalogue they know the code for. Catalogue Distributions and the options, Horizon: Catalogue > Hide on Web, Horizon: Trader > Settings > Customer Settings > Web Rules > Restricted Ranges, and HorizonWeb > Admin > Global Options > Browse Options > Lead Item Only are ignored.
