Web Rules allows you to control what a trader's contacts can do on HorizonWeb.
- Payment type
- Web-trader – Select the default payment method for B2C customers.
- Other traders – Select the payment type from the list to override the payment type on your web-trader.
Note: To revert to the web trader payment type, double-click in the control to select, press delete to clear, then Confirm.
- Use web order number –
- Allow fast order – Allows the use of Fast order on HorizonWeb by the customer's contacts.
- Hide Contract Only filter – HorizonWeb's product search filter has a Contract only option. Select to hide the option for this customer.
- Restricted ranges – You can restrict your customer to buying from selected restricted ranges and groups. Select the ranges and groups this customer is allowed to order from.
Note: This setting applies to Horizon as well as HorizonWeb. When using Find Product, select Ignore range limit to allow unrestricted product selection.
- Select all – selects all ranges in the pane.
- Deselect all – clears all ranges.
- Set range restrictions – Confirms the changes made to the Restricted range options.
Click Confirm to update your settings.
