Appearance
Departments Control Panel displays information to Web admin users about each of their department's budget and spend. Departments can be selected at checkout .
- Code – department code
- Department – name for the department
- Budget – the initial budget allocated to the department
- Spend – order total spent against this budget. If Spend exceeds Budget then the order must be authorized by the authorizer on HorizonWeb
- Active – when selected, the department can be selected on transactions in Horizon and in HorizonWeb checkout
Adding or Editing a Department
Web admin users can add new departments or edit their company's existing departments.
When adding or editing a department, the Edit Department Information page opens, with the C:EditDepartment control.
- Click Add Department, or
- To the right of the line, click Edit.
