Orders

  • Put Web orders on hold – All orders from HorizonWeb will be on hold in Horizon.
  • Allow collect from store – Gives the customer the option in the cart to collect the item(s) from your store.
  • Use call-off – Adds an option on the product details screen that allows the customer to take items off a call-off order.
  • Automatically use call-offs – When selected:
    • When your customer adds products to cart that they have available on a call-off, the products will always be called off from that call-off stock.
    • The Product Details option Use call-off stock is selected.
    • The option is overridden by Allow ordering of quotes from browse.
    • When customers have a mixed basket of call-off products and non-call-off products, when paying with a payment gateway (PayPal, Opayo by Elavon or Global Payments), they will be charged only for the non-call-off products. The call-off is called off the call-off stock.
