Trader Card Browse
Trader opens on the Browse tab so you can search for the trader you want to edit, create a transaction for, or report on. You can also:

Example
When searching, the complete information doesn't need to be typed:
- Searching for a Code of BEL will return all trader that start will BEL, e.g. BELLIV, BELLIV001, BELMAN.
- The % wildcard can be used to represent several unknown characters, e.g. searching for a Code of %EL will return BELLIV, REBEL, EURODEL and many more where EL appears in the code.
- On the Set-up menu, click Traders (or press F9).
- Complete one or more of the following fields.
- Code – up to 30 character code to uniquely identify the trader. We recommend using up to 20 characters.
- Name – trader's full name
- Ref – Customer reference
- Tel – trader's telephone number.
- Fax – trader's facsimile number.
- Area – the delivery area for the trader
- Rep – Rep allocated to the trader.
- Email – a trader's contact has that email address.
- Postcode – type the postcode (up to 12 characters)
- Address – address lines for the trader.
- Rep names – as an alternative to Rep code, type the name of the rep.
- Include branches – return main traders and branches
- Queried – include traders with a status of Query.
- On stop – include traders with a status of On stop.
- Normal – include traders with a status of Normal.
- Business types – All business types or traders with a specific business type.
- Serial no. – traders with a machine with that serial number.
- Trader types – select or clear trader types to return.
- Click Search, or press Enter.
