Settings

Settings has the following tabs:

  • General – options that affect all transactions
  • Yes / No Options – several categories of options that can be selected or cleared.
  • Financial – year and period, bank account and trading terms.
  • Logo – your company logo is used in Horizon on reports and forms.
  • Email – set up the outgoing and incoming email servers, and the format of emails sent from Horizon.
  • Default Contacts – set up contact information that appears on forms (such as order confirmations, sales invoices and statements) and letters that you send to your customers.
  • Invoice & Credit Formats – define which invoice form is used for a specific invoice method.
  • Costings – manage how costs are calculated.
  • Swap Classes – define how a product is swapped for another product.
