Sales Order Reference – Toolbar

On Sales Order and Sales Return entry, the toolbar buttons are:

Button Function Shortcut
New Create a new entry, whilst in another entry. You don't have to go back to the daybook. Ctrl+N
Confirm Confirm changes made to the entry.  
Cancel Cancel changes made.  
Print Print the selected transaction. Documents can also be emailed as an attached PDF.  
Email Email the selected transaction. No attachment is used. The email is created using fields to insert transaction specific information.  
Reports Displays a list of the entry forms from which you can print a confirmation form.  
Documents Opens the location to which signed documents have been saved. Their file-names will be the Document ID assigned by Adobe Sign.  
New Action Create a new CRM action for the sales order's customer.  
Recode Changes items (on all detail lines), to items from the highest priority active catalogue.  
Quote Copies the sales order as a sales quotation. You are given the option to close and delete the order. You cannot delete an order once shopped.  
Enquire Opens Stock enquiry for detail lines. Ctrl+E
Force Reserves all lines on the entry, even if there is no stock.  
Allocate Allocate available stock against the entry's detail lines. Ctrl+O
Deliver Deliver the entry where stock is allocated. Ctrl+D
Invoice Invoice all delivered/confirmed lines on the entry.  
CTI Convert to invoice – Invoice the entry, even if it has not been delivered.  
Back-to-back Back-to-back the sales order/return to a purchase order/return. Ctrl+B
Reverse Create the reverse entry type of the entry, i.e. if you reverse a SORD, you create a SRTN.  
Copy Entry Creates a copy of the current document. The new document will open if Always open copied entries is selected.  
Reprice Reprice the entry.  
Consumables Find printer consumables to then add into the entry.  
Campaign Create a marketing campaign for the items on the entry.  
Insert Items Show or hide Insert Items pane. F3
Build WO Builds composite products into works orders without closing the sales order.
