You can set a banner to be shown on a HorizonWeb Browse page displaying sectors, ranges or groups. Banners can not be displayed for subgroups. Banners are graphics files that can be displayed by web browsers, for example, PNG or JPG files. The banners should be created at the correct size for your web design. HorizonWeb Plus customers can contact our Digital Services team to have banners designed for their site.
To display a banner, you must:
- Log into the HorizonWeb, Administrator page, then use Edit Content Pages to include the [C:Banner] control on the Browse page.
- Design the banner image, then upload the image to your content delivery network (CDN) or to HorizonWeb using File Manager. Each image will have a URL which you can assign to a classification.
- Assign each banner address to a sector, range or group.
