Appearance
Work wear kits allow your customers to allocate a specific quantity of products their employees can order within a defined time period.
The Work Wear Kits page shows a list of work wear kits and associated options.
Web Admins can manage work wear kits for users within their company. Before modifying the work wear kit, the web admin user should create the users (Horizon contacts) to which the work wear kits will be allocated.
- Action buttons:
- Copy – copy the work wear kit, so you can assign an identical work wear kit to a different user. It's copied with:
- All the assigned products
- The same Reference with copy appended
- Your User
- The same date range
- Hold - Active
- Web Visible - Hidden.
- Edit – edit the work wear kit's name, date range and visibility.
- Click Edit, modify the Reference, select the User, set the Date Range, set the Hold status and Web Visible, then click Save.
Note: Web admin users cannot edit the items allocated to a work wear kit. They can only be modified in Horizon.
- Click Edit, modify the Reference, select the User, set the Date Range, set the Hold status and Web Visible, then click Save.
- Delete – click Delete, then confirm. The work wear kit is deleted from HorizonWeb.
- Copy – copy the work wear kit, so you can assign an identical work wear kit to a different user. It's copied with:
- Reference – your customer's reference. Used as the name of the work wear kit in the C:WKITInfo control. Click the link to view the work wear kit.
- User – the work wear kit's contact. This user is limited to the specified of quantity of the product within the Date Range.
- Date Range – the start and end dates for the period the work wear kit is active.
- Hold – the status of the work wear kit. Active or Hold.
- Web Visible – whether the work wear kit is displayed for the user on the C:OrderPads control's list. Visible or Hidden.
