Setting Up an ASAP Stamps Punch-out

ASAP Stamps is a custom punch-out.

To set up a punch-out to ASAP Stamps, they need to send you:

  • ASAP ID

You then need to:

  • Set up ASAP Stamps as a supplier
  • Create the ASAP catalogue.
  • Distribute the ASAP Stamps catalogue to the customers you want to be able to order ASAP items. Customers that do not have the catalogue distributed will not see the control on your HorizonWeb site.
  • Configure HorizonWeb.
  • Add the [C:ASAP Link] control to a page.

Configuring HorizonWeb to use an ASAP Punch-out

  1. Log in to HorizonWeb with your Admin username and password.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Admin. The HorizonWeb Administration Page opens.
  3. Click HorizonWeb Settings > Punch-out Settings > Punch-outs from HorizonWeb.
  4. In the ASAP ID box, type your ASAP ID.
  5. In the Catalogue list, click the ASAP Stamps catalogue.
  6. Click Save Settings.
  7. Click Update Products. The ASAP catalogue is updated with ASAP's current item list.
