Punch-outs Logs

To open the punch-out logs:

1. Log in to HorizonWeb with your Admin username and password.
2. At the bottom of the page, click Admin. The HorizonWeb Administration Page opens.
3. Click HorizonWeb Settings > Punch-out Settings > Punch-outs Logs.

You can then:

• Enable punch-out logging – this feature is designed to let you problem solve issues with punch-outs.

When selected, logs can be viewed below, within the punchouts list. Expand this to see:

• ASAP – information about orders for the ASAP punch-out.
• IN – Punch-outs information received by HorizonWeb
• OUT – Punch-outs information sent from HorizonWeb
• Saved logs
• sessions – Evidence that a session has been created.
