Bad XML
XML is the file format used by cXML. If it doesn't match the required format, it's logged.
- In the list, expand punchouts , then IN, then BadXML.
- Expand the path e.g. cXMLOrders, then Rejected or Set up Request. A list of log files is displayed, with dates and a unique code.
- Click the log you want to view. It will upload and be displayed in the pane on the right hand side. This can be used to problem solve issues.
Example
Response:Invalid XML structure: System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing.
This means that the file structure is incorrect, with the first part of the file badly formed.
