The images that you display on HorizonWeb can be updated. We already supply you with image links from FusionPlus that are shown on your HorizonWeb site. Your supplier may have sent you the web addresses (also known as URLs) of some extra images that you want as additional images. You may also have some images of your own, which you could upload to a website, or a content delivery network (CDN). These images will have their own URL which you can load into Horizon.
Your customers can then see the images on the HorizonWeb Product Details page.
To load the image URLs, you need to create a CSV file in the following format.

| C | Display order | The order which the images will be displayed. 0 is the main image. 1 onwards are the additional images. |
No quotation marks are used to surround each field. A new line is used for each record. Multiple records can be used for each product. Multiple products can be included in the same file.
Example
You have a multipack of pens, product code BC60112. There is already a main image for the product, but you have been given the addresses of images that you want to add to your website as additional images. Your import file could contain:

This would add four additional images, which are displayed on that product details page. If you have new main image, use a Display Order value of 0. This will supersede an image link created by importing Enhanced Data.
It is recommended you ask your supplier for image URLs that start with https:// . This means that the images are served from a secure server, so browsers will not block the images on your secure website.
Loading Image URLs
- Create a CSV file that meets the description above.
- Save the file to a folder on your computer, that Horizon can access.
- From the Utilities menu, click Import Product File.
- Click the Custom Data tab.
- Click Image URLs. A file explorer window opens.
- Locate your CSV file, select it and click Open. The image URLs are loaded, and you are notified the import has Finished.
- Browse to the product details page for one of the products to check the results.
Amending Image URLs
Importing a new file with the same product code and display order fields as a previous import, but a new URL, will overwrite the existing URL.
Note: Broken URLs are shown as missing images on your website.
