Stock Card – Detail – Audit
The audit list displays what has been changed on the stock card. Two vertical tabs can be selected on the right edge of the grid:
Changes
- Date – data and time of change
- Details – stock branch, and what setting has changed. This may refer to changes from 0 to 1 (which is selecting or clearing a tick box) or IDs, which means something has been changed in a drop-down list.
- User – the Horizon login used to make the change.
Current Stock
Current Stock lists documents that have changed stock
- Change – the amount stock has changed by, shown as an increase (positive number) or decrease (negative number)
- Date – date and time the document was created
- Document – our reference for the document.
- Date – date the document was created
- Login – the Horizon login used to make the change.
- Name – the login name used to make the change.
Not all options are audited.
