The Price as master option is used if you want to control the price of several products at once.
- In the Stock menu, click Products (or press F8). The Stock Card opens on the Browse tab .
- In the Product box, type the product code, then click Search (or press Enter).
- In the Options & settings section, type a code (or partial code) into the Master code box.
- Click the ellipsis […] browse, to search for the code. The Find Product window options.
- Select the product, then click OK. The full code is added to the box, and the Price as master option is shown.
- Select Price as master.
- Click Confirm.
The linked product's sell price will now be the same as the master product's price, and will change when the master product's price changes.
Note: You cannot set a code, which is already a master code, as a child code.
