Setting Product User-Defined Groups from the Stock Card

Set groups on the Stock Card > Browse is used to set multiple items' user defined products groups.

1. Search for items.
2. Use extended selection on the search results.
3. Top right of the Stock Card, click the Groups tab.
4. Select the group you want to set to the items.
5. Click Set groups.

You can also select items, then click Clear groups to clear the option on those items.

EXAMPLE

One of the hard-coded user defined products group is Green. This links with the GreenProducts page on HorizonWeb to display green products after clicking through the sector, range and group they are in.

1. Search for the items using parameters that will return green products. For example:
   • Recycled
   • Fairtrade
   • FSC.
2. Select the items, using extended selection.
3. Click Groups then select Green.
4. Click Set groups.

All the selected items will be placed in the Green group, and can then be browsed to via the Green menu item in HorizonWeb.
