The Web Company is displayed in the upper pane of the Web Set-up window. The settings in the tabs below change the configuration for the company displayed.
Note: Your Web Company trader is the same as your Company Trader, so changing it here will also change it in Company Set-up. You will usually have one company, with the displayed ID = 0. This will be set up by your consultant during your implementation. You cannot use any other companies for further web profiles. However, you can use multiple web traders, which allows you to use multiple HorizonWeb shops.
Changing Your Company Address
This should be changed when your registered address, or trading name, changes. The name and address used for your web company can appear on documents such as:
- Order Confirmation
To edit your company details, you can also:
- On the Set-up menu, click Web. The Web Set-up window opens.
- In the Code box, update the company code.
- Edit your company name.
- There are three address lines. Use these for your premises, street and village.
- In the Town box, type the name of your postal town.
- In the County box, type your county.
- In the Postcode box, type your postcode.
- Click Confirm.
