Areas
Areas are delivery zones that help you plan the most efficient routes for your vans. Assigning an area allows you to group deliveries logically based on location. You can link a customer (or delivery branch) to an area via the Trader Card, so that all their orders and delivery notes are automatically tagged with that area. In Delivery Manager, you can then filter and manage deliveries by area. Areas can cover broad regions or specific localities – whatever best suits your business location and delivery patterns.
JumpTrack
If you want improved delivery routing, consider investing in JumpTrack which can include routing calculations planned from the addresses for that day's deliveries.

Creating Delivery Areas
- From the Set-up menu, click Company. The Company Set-up window opens.
- Click Settings, then Areas. Your existing areas are shown in a list.
- Below the list, click the + button. A blank row is added to the list.
- In the Code box, type a short alphanumeric code for your new area.
- In the Details box, type a longer description for your area.
- Click the tick [✔] button to confirm.
