The Sales Ledger Daybook displays transactions for your customers:
- DREC – Direct receipt
- DSRF – Direct sales refund
- SCRN – Sales credit note
- SINV – Sales invoice
- SJCR – Sales journal credit. Similar to a sales credit note, but used for internal transactions
- SJIN – Sales journal invoice. Similar to a sales invoice, but used for internal transactions
- SREC – Sales receipt
- SRFN – Sales refund
- CART – Used by the EPOS to build the EPOS product list. Once completed, this is converted into a SINV or DREC.
Daybooks are designed to display only 'work in progress'. All completed transactions should be Posted or Archived as part of regular housekeeping.
