The Shopping Toolbar contains the following buttons:
- Reports – Reports about shopping can be added to this list.
- Search – Searches for products or sales orders depending on the Shop for option. You can repeatedly search, changing the standard and advanced options, until you have a correct product or order list, before creating your Shopping List.
- Store – Saves your options, so that they are the same the next time you shop. This applies to all users.
- Shop for Selected – Creates your Shopping List. Will not be available if a shopping list has been created. You will have to Clear Shop.
- Clear Shop – Clears your Shopping List. Not available when there is no shopping list.
- Raise Orders – Creates purchase orders. Not available when there is no shopping list.
- Use POR –
- Set as Bulk – Set as Bulk is only available when shopping for orders. Clicking on a detail line, then Set as Bulk, changes the line's Supply Method to Default (Bulk). You could choose this option if you have sufficient current stock and you can deliver, rather than using a pick, wrap and deliver order.
- Delete – Remove an item from your Shopping List. Click the item line, then Delete.
- Shopping Report – Creates a printable shopping list using the Shopping List report. Not available when there is no shopping list.
- Print IBT –
- Show Status – Shows or hides the Status Window tab, when the Required tab is selected.
- Condense – Available on the Shopping List, this option condenses the shopping view, displaying fewer columns on the table, and displaying line information: Stock info, Pricing info and Outstanding values to the right of the table.
- Enquire – Runs stock enquiries with all suppliers and completes the Shopping List / Stock at Wholesaler list.
