The branches, that the purchase orders will be raised against, are set here. All branches are set up in Company Set-up > Branches. Branches can be set on traders, transactions and transaction lines. The type of branch depends on where the branch has been set. Shopping can filter on all branches.

Branches
The branch options used change according to the Shop for option selected.
Stock Branches
A stock branch is where the stock is located. An analogy is a warehouse, but you could create branches for different locations within a warehouse. Stock branch is set against the transaction line, on the Details tab.
- Stock and Orders – Selected by default. The stock branch, for a product, is set on the Stock Card, to the right of Stock Info. Selecting one stock branch from the list filters your shop to items with that product stock branch.
- Orders and Shop by Van – The stock branch for transaction lines is set on the Details tab. Selecting one stock branch from the list filters your shop to items with that transaction stock branch.
Order Branches
An order branch is set against the transaction. Order branch is set on the transaction > Our Analysis > Branch.
- Stock and Orders – Not Used
- Orders and Shop by Van – Select the All Order Branches option, or one or more order branches, in the box below, to filter by order branch.
Customer Branches
A customer branch is set against the trader. This is from where you would usually deliver an order to that customer. You would usually choose the nearest location.

- Orders and Shop by Van – Customer branches are set on the Trader Card Branches tab. Select the All Customer Branches option, or one or more individual branches, in the box below, to filter the search.
