ScheduledOrders is a content page, rather than a control.
Master Page

Appearance
- Order lines appear in calendar.
- Click a line to open the product details page.
- If more than four lines are scheduled, then Several deliveries is displayed.
- Outstanding orders are displayed on the O/S Orders page.
