Configuring HorizonWeb to Use a Trodat Punch-out

Punch-out Settings

1. Log in to HorizonWeb with your Admin username and password.
2. At the bottom of the page, click Admin. The HorizonWeb Administration Page opens.
3. Click HorizonWeb Settings > Punch-out Settings > Punch-outs from HorizonWeb.
4. Select Use Trodat punch-out.
5. Clear Use Coreprint punch-out.
6. If you want customers that haven't logged in (e.g. B2C customers) to be able to order Trodat products, select Allow Webtrader to use Trodat.
7. In the Catalogue list, click the Trodat catalogue.
8. In the Identity box, type the username supplied by Trodat.
9. In the Secret box, type the password supplied by Trodat.
10. In the Address box, type the Trodat web address to which you are punching out.
11. While testing, clear Live mode.
12. Click Save Settings.

Adding a Trodat Link

The [C:Trodat Link] control can be added to a content page, or a master page, to give one click access to Trodat products.

Example

To add the Trodat link to the default Master master page:

1. Log in to HorizonWeb with your Admin username and password.
2. At the bottom of the page, click Admin. The HorizonWebAdministration Page opens.
3. Click HorizonWebDesigner > Edit Master Pages.
4. From the Select a Master Page list, select Master then click Edit Master Page. Your designer may have set a different master page as your default.
5. Scroll down and find the line <div id="left" class="cphLeft"> . A list of controls follows. The controls are displayed in the order they are listed in the left-hand column of the master page.
6. Add the [C:Trodat Link] control to the list on its own line.
7. Click Save Page.

When you refresh a page that uses the master page, the control will appear positioned in the left hand column.

After you have finished testing, and you want to take your Trodat punch-out live, select Live Mode and Save Settings.
