Create a cXML Punch-Out Image Link

To add the image link to the outer section of a master page, for the default template, your image should be 160 pixels wide at 72 x 72 ppi. These instructions add an image link, using the cXMLPunchout control, to the Master master page. You don't have to add the image link to a master page, a content page can also be used to display the cXMLPunchout control.

  1. Browse to your home page, log in as the Admin user, and follow the Admin link.
  2. Click HorizonWeb Settings > Punch-out Settings > Configure cXML.
  3. Edit the cXML profile to which you want to add an image link.
  4. Scroll down to the Image section, and click Choose file.
  5. Find your image, select it and click Open.
  6. Click Upload Image.
  7. Scroll up to the top of the page, to the Set-up box.
  8. Copy the contents of the Set-up box. This consists of the cXMLPunchout control with a profile parameter to identify the correct punch-out.
  9. Navigate back to the HorizonWeb Administration page.
  10. Click HorizonWeb Designer > Edit Master Pages.
  11. Select the master page called Master, then click Edit Master Page. Your site may use a different master page – in which case edit that instead.
