Terms files are used to update your cost prices. Different suppliers supply their terms files in different formats.
File formats
The terms files are supplied in the following formats:
Generic
This is terms file format suppliers usually use.

Exertis
Exertis do not use a header for their terms files. Only the Code and Cost price are used from the file they provide. You can use two options when updating terms that are available on the Supplier Comms settings:
