Delivery Confirmation Import Log
To view the delivery confirmation import logs:
- On the Utilities menu, click Delivery Tracking Configuration.
- Click the Log tab.
- The log displays:
- Created Date – date of the import
- Details – displays what has been updated, and what couldn't be updated, e.g.
- Processing delivery tracking for CTS.
- Finished processing delivery tracking for CTS.
- Type – Information, Warning or Error.
Logs are also written to the audit table.
Note: These logs are only for delivery confirmations that are imported through the service set up in Utilities > Delivery Tracking Configuration. Other delivery confirmations are imported through Wholesaler Comms.
