Delivery Confirmation Import Log

To view the delivery confirmation import logs:

  1. On the Utilities menu, click Delivery Tracking Configuration.
  2. Click the Log tab.
  3. The log displays:
    • Created Date – date of the import
    • Details – displays what has been updated, and what couldn't be updated, e.g.
      • Processing delivery tracking for CTS.
      • Finished processing delivery tracking for CTS.
    • TypeInformation, Warning or Error.

Logs are also written to the audit table.

Note: These logs are only for delivery confirmations that are imported through the service set up in Utilities > Delivery Tracking Configuration. Other delivery confirmations are imported through Wholesaler Comms.
